Brave People is a design agency focused on helping brands create connective, value-driven digital products and brand systems.
Project Charge
Reconstruct Brave People's current social channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), add a new channel (TikTok), and take over blog strategy + writing. The goal here is to grow the Brave People brand, with target audiences as both graphic design clients and the graphic design community at large.

Process
Create "Ground-Work" document for SM: this includes a full audit of existing content, competitors, and inspiration. From here, we break down target audience, content buckets to reach those audiences, and an initial social content calendar.
Create "Blog Strategy: document: in this step we analyze the current blog posts online, the impact on the company, and derive a content plan to create synergy between socials and blog.
Experiment with socials: every new change we make to any socials should be looked at as an experiment. In this stage, I outline what we assume will work, and after we conduct these tests, we do an analytical breakdown of what worked vs what did not.
Kickoff TikTok: my work includes ideating, filming, editing, and responding to all community members who engage with our content.
Bi-weekly analytics: bi-weekly we conduct a breakdown of what is gaining the most traction vs what is not, so we better understand what we should be filming for the weeks ahead.
